Premix Chicken Curry

Chicken CurryIngredients:

  • 65 Gm Meat Curry Premix } Item -A
  • 200 Ml Water item - A
  • 50 Ml Cooking oil
  • 400 Ml Water / Fresh Milk
  • 650 Gm Chicken thigh or whole chicken cut in to pieces to your preferred size
  • 100 Gm Potatoes (cut into pieces)
  • 50 Gm Carrot (cut into pieces)

Three easy steps:

  1. Mix item A well fro few minutes.
  2. Saute with cooking oil till fragrant and oil rise to the top in red colour. (let all water evaporate).
  3. Add in chicken, potatoes and carrot sauté together, then add in 400 ml of water and cook well till chicken pieces cooked. (about 25 minutes) on medium heat. Bring to boil. Then ready to be served with your preferred starch (Rice, Bread, Nan, Rotti or Pasta)
